UNIVEST CORPORATION DECLARES SECOND QUARTER DIVIDEND
 
SOUDERTON, Pa., May 28, 2008 - Univest Corporation of Pennsylvania’s (listed on NASDAQ: UVSP) board of directors declared today a $.20 per share quarterly cash dividend to be paid on July 1, 2008 to shareholders of record as of June 11, 2008.
