TAXES ON INCOME	TAXES ON INCOME Income tax expense for the three months ended September 30, 2013 and 2012 was $246 million and $104 million, respectively. Income tax expense for the nine months ended September 30, 2013 and 2012 was $414 million and $320 million, respectively. The increase in income tax expense for both the three and nine months ended September 30, 2013, compared to the prior year period, is primarily due to approximately $176 million of income tax expense associated with the gain on sale of royalty rights (see Note 6).
