OTHER NON- CURRENT ASSETS	8. OTHER NON- CURRENT ASSETS Other non-current assets consist of escrow deposit – real estate and security deposit. The balance of other non-current assets as of September 30, 2025, and June 30, 2025 was $19,500 and $19,500, respectively. As of September 30, 2025 and June 30,2025, the balance consisted of security deposit of $14,500, and an escrow deposit- real estate of $5,000.
