[1] This bank facility is available to back up OGE Energy's commercial paper borrowings and to provide revolving credit borrowings. This bank facility can also be used as a letter of credit facility. At December 31, 2012, there was $430.9 million in outstanding commercial paper borrowings.
[2] This bank facility is available to back up OG&E's commercial paper borrowings and to provide revolving credit borrowings. This bank facility can also be used as a letter of credit facility. At December 31, 2012, there was $2.2 million supporting letters of credit.
[3] This bank facility is available to provide revolving credit borrowings for Enogex LLC. As Enogex LLC's credit agreement matures on December 13, 2016, along with its intent in utilizing its credit agreement, borrowings thereunder are classified as long-term debt in the Company's Consolidated Balance Sheets.
