REPURCHASES OF COMMON STOCK During the three-month periods ended September 30, 2017 and 2016, the Company repurchased 0.4 million and 0.3 million shares of its Class A common stock under its open-market stock repurchase plan for $25.7 million and $17.4 million, respectively. During the nine-month periods ended September 30, 2017 and 2016, the Company repurchased 0.8 million and 1.0 million shares of its Class A common stock under its open market repurchase plan for $47.8 million and $41.7 million, respectively. As of September 30, 2017, $151.9 million was available for repurchases under the Company's open market stock repurchase plan.
