In February, May and July 2011, the Company’s board of directors declared quarterly cash dividends of $0.135, $0.135 and $0.160 per share, respectively. These quarterly cash dividends totaling $8.4 million, $8.4 million and $10.0 million, were paid on March 16, 2011, June 15, 2011 and September 14, 2011, to stockholders of record on February 25, 2011, May 27, 2011 and August 26, 2011, respectively.
