SHARE REPURCHASES	NOTE 15 – SHARE REPURCHASES On December 17, 2014, DXP publicly announced an authorization from the Board of Directors that allows DXP from time to time to purchase up to 400,000 shares of DXP's common stock over 24 months. Purchases could be made in open market or in privately negotiated transactions. DXP has purchased 191,420 shares for $8.9 million under this authorization as of March 31, 2015.
