EMPLOYEE BENEFIT PLANS	NOTE 14 - EMPLOYEE BENEFIT PLANS The Company offers a 401(K) plan which is eligible to substantially all employees. During 2012, 2011 and part of 2010, the Company elected to match employee contributions at a rate of 50 percent of up to 4 percent of salary deferral. During 2009 the Company stopped matching employee contributions. During 2010 the Company resumed matching of employee contributions. The Company contributed $1.9 million, $1.5 million, and $0.5 million to the 401(K) plan in the years ended December 31, 2012, 2011, and 2010, respectively.
