On March 18, 2024, John Tomovcsik (56), executive vice president and chief operating officer of Iron Mountain Incorporated (the “Company”) and a named executive officer of the Company, informed the Company of his decision to retire, effective June 14, 2024. Over the last several months Mr. Tomovcsik has been dealing with a family medical situation which requires more of his time, hence his retirement. The Company wishes to thank Mr. Tomovcsik for more than 37 years of distinguished service and leadership and wishes him and his family the best.
