Included in cash paid for acquisitions in the Consolidated Statements of Cash Flows for the year ended December 31, 2014 is net cash acquired of $(4,704) and contingent and other payments of $(1,504) related to acquisitions made in previous years. Included in cash paid for acquisitions in the Consolidated Statements of Cash Flows for the year ended December 31, 2015 is net cash acquired of $(2,041) and contingent and other payments of $3,692 related to acquisitions made in previous years.
