(1)Shares were repurchased under our securities repurchase program. We had $221.2 million in repurchase authorization remaining under the repurchase program as of September 30, 2026. The Merger Agreement restricts our ability to repurchase our common stock, and we therefore do not expect further repurchases of shares under this authority during the pendency of the Proposed Transaction.
