The disposals during the nine months ended September 30, 2020, were within our Retail Automotive reportable segment. We sold four retail automotive franchises and disposed of six retail automotive franchises. As of September 30, 2020, the goodwill balance within our Retail Automotive, Retail Commercial Truck, and Other reportable segments was $1,513.8 million, $308.6 million and $78.7 million, respectively. There is no goodwill recorded in our Non-Automotive Investments reportable segment.
