We receive credits from certain vehicle manufacturers that reduce cost of sales when the vehicles are sold. Such credits amounted to $12.9 million and $12.5 million during the three months ended September 30, 2016 and 2015, respectively, and $38.2 million and $32.7 million during the nine months ended September 30, 2016 and 2015, respectively.
