Sales Incentives	10. Sales Incentives The Company entered into an exclusive distribution agreement for the worldwide rights to sell its product in the oil and gas industry effective September 7, 2017. The agreement included an incentive program that rewarded credits toward future product redeemable only if targeted quarterly goals are achieved. The incentive-earning period ended on June 30, 2018, and no incentives were earned. The exclusivity agreement continues but can be terminated by Company with 60 days’ notice.
