Deferred Compensation	9. Deferred Compensation Deferred compensation represents amounts owed to four employees for salary. As there is no written agreement with these employees which memorializes the terms of salary deferral, only a voluntary election to do so, it is possible that the employees could demand payment in full at any time. As of December 31, 2016 and 2015 the Company recorded deferred compensation of $1,602,826 and $1,609,585, respectively.
