Deferred Compensation	9. Deferred Compensation Deferred compensation represents amounts owed to four employees for salary. As there is no written agreement with these employees which memorializes the terms of salary deferral, only a voluntary election to do so, it is possible that the employees could demand payment in full at any time. As of December 31, 2015 and 2014 the Company recorded deferred compensation of $1,609,585 and $1,513,931 respectively.
