Of the $110.6&amp;nbsp;million lease commitments as of December&amp;nbsp;31, 2010, $11.8&amp;nbsp;million of the lease commitments relate to offices we have abandoned or reduced excess space within, which have been subleased or are available for sublease. As of December&amp;nbsp;31, 2010, we have contractual subleases of $7.0&amp;nbsp;million, which is not reflected in the commitment table above. Such sublease income would offset the cash outlays. Additionally, we intend to secure subtenants for the properties available for sublease to offset the rent payments and will seek to exercise termination clauses, if any, to shorten the term of the lease commitments. Such sublease income, if any, would offset the cash outlays. The lease commitments for these offices extend through 2017. &lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
