Treasury Stock	Treasury Stock As previously reported, on February 5, 2014, the Board of Directors authorized the Company to initiate a share buyback of up to $25.0 million of the Company’s Common Stock over the next twelve months ending February 10, 2015, subject to market conditions. The program permitted share repurchases from time to time in open market transactions or privately negotiated transactions at the Company’s discretion. During the six-months ended March 31, 2015, the Company did not repurchase any shares of common stock.
