Capital expenditures on the consolidated statement of cash flows for the year-to-date periods ended September 29, 2024 and October 1, 2023 exclude $28.3 million and $28.9 million, respectively, of accrued capital expenditures that were included in property, plant and equipment at September 29, 2024 and October 1, 2023, respectively.
