On June 18, 2020, Abercrombie & Fitch Co. issued a news release announcing the pricing of a private offering of $350 million aggregate principal amount of 8.75% senior secured notes due 2025 (the “Secured Notes”) by its indirect wholly-owned subsidiary, Abercrombie & Fitch Management Co. A copy of the news release is filed as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and incorporated by reference herein.
