As of March 30, 2021, the obligations under the debt securities issued under the Indenture, dated as of April 9, 2020, by and among T-Mobile USA, Inc., T-Mobile US, Inc. and Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas, as trustee, were secured by pledges of the capital stock of the following affiliates of the Company.
