NATURE OF OPERATIONS	NOTE 1 - NATURE OF OPERATIONS Integral Technologies, Inc. (the “Company” or “Integral”) was incorporated under the laws of the state of Nevada on February 12, 1996 and has its head office in Bellingham, Washington, USA. The is in the business of researching, developing and commercializing new electrically-conductive resin-based materials called ElectriPlast. The Company will be devoting all of its resources to the research, development and commercialization of its ElectriPlast technology.
