15. 401(k) PLAN

     The Company has a defined contribution 401(k) plan covering substantially all of its full time stockyard employees. The plan provides for employee contributions and 401(k) matching contributions of up to 2 ½% of the employee’s annual salary by the Company. The Company made 401(k) matching contributions of approximately $8,000 for each of the nine month periods ended July 31, 2012 and 2011.
