Subsequent Events	17. Subsequent Events On December 14, 2018, the Company entered into definitive agreements with easyJet Airline Company Limited for the sale and leaseback of ten Airbus A319 aircraft powered by CFM56-5B engines, of which the sale and leaseback of six of the aircraft were completed by December 31, 2018. On January 8, 2019, the Company completed the sale and leaseback of the remaining four A319 aircraft powered by CFM56-5B engines.
