Note 16 - Operating Lease	Note 16 – Operating Lease We lease our offices pursuant to a three-year operating lease that commenced December 1, 2013 and expires December 2019. The lease currently has a monthly payment of $3,802, and beginning on December 1, 2015, the monthly payment will increase to $3,925 and will increase incrementally through the end of the term. Rent expense for the years ended December 31, 2014 and 2013 was $40,713 and $5,332, respectively.

Note 16 – Operating Lease
