6.           Stock-Based Compensation

In addition, our employees purchased 3,239 shares of our common stock under our employee stock purchase plan.

The weighted-average grant date fair value of stock options granted during the thirteen weeks ended April 30, 2011 was $12.65 per share.  The grant date fair value of shares of stock purchased through our employee stock purchase plan was $7.91 and the price paid by our employees for shares of our common stock was $30.44 during the thirteen weeks ended April 30, 2011.

At April 30, 2011, the total compensation costs, related to nonvested restricted stock unit awards not yet recognized was $10.4 million and the weighted-average period over which such awards are expected to be recognized was 3.05 years.  There are no future compensation costs related to nonvested stock options to be recognized at April 30, 2011.
