Related Party Transactions	Note 9. Related Party Transactions During the three and nine months ended September 30, 2022, Kalen Capital made payments related to the Lawsuits totaling $835,779 and $872,466, respectively. Of the total $872,466, payments made to the Company’s legal counsel totaled $825,000 and payments made for travel and lodging costs totaled $47,466. No reimbursements have been made as of the date of this quarterly report.
