Subsequent Events	Note 7. Subsequent Events Management has reviewed material events subsequent of the period ended March 31, 2019 and prior to the filing of financial statements in accordance with FASB ASC 855 “Subsequent Events”. On May 9, 2019, the Company and StemCell Systems entered into a Research & Development Agreement whereby StemCell Systems will work to advance the Company’s technologies. The Research & Development Agreement is on a work-made-for-hire basis with an 18 month duration and estimated monthly fee of $25,000.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued. Examples include: the sale of a capital stock issue, purchase of a business, settlement of litigation, catastrophic loss, significant foreign exchange rate changes, loans to insiders or affiliates, and transactions not in the ordinary course of business.
