Commitments and Contingencies As part of the acquisition of the Fostung tungsten property, located in Foster Township, Sudbury Mining Division, Ontario, Canada, the Company will pay to Breakwater Resources Ltd. (i) a Production Bonus in the amount of CAD $500,000 within thirty (30) business days following the commencement of commercial production from the property and (ii) a 1% Net Smelter Return royalty.

8. Commitments and Contingencies
