Segment Information

The basis for presenting segment results generally is consistent with overall Company reporting. The Company reports information about its operating segments in accordance with GAAP which establishes standards for reporting information about a company’s operating segments.

The Company has divided its operations into

three

reportable segments as follows: Contract Manufacturing, Branded Proprietary Products and Other Nutraceutical Businesses. The international sales, concentrated primarily in Europe and Canada, for the fiscal years ended
