SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	18. SUBSEQUENT EVENTS On October 20, 2011 the Company acquired a funeral home business in Northeast Kentucky for $2.5 million. In the acquisition, the Company acquired substantially all the assets and assumed certain operating liabilities, including obligations associated with existing preneed contracts.
