Item 8.01 Other Events.

On June 16, 2008, LCC International, Inc. issued a press release (the "Press Release") announcing that it has been awarded a contract extension to its Master Purchase Agreement from Saudi Telecom for network consulting and engineering services for all of the STC networks (fixed, 2G/3G mobile, Data) and value added services.
