ACCOUNTING FOR STOCK BASED COMPENSATION
All stock-based compensation is recognized as an expense measured at the fair value of the award. The accounting guidance also requires that excess tax benefits related to stock option exercises be reflected as financing cash inflows instead of operating cash inflows in the consolidated statement of cash flows.
