On June 25, 2015, E*TRADE Financial Corporation (the “Company”) published its 2015 Dodd-Frank Act Stress Testing results for its subsidiary, E*TRADE Bank. The results are available on the Company’s corporate website at about.etrade.com under “Other Disclosures.”

Based on guidance from the SEC, the Company may also use the Investor Relations section of its corporate website, about.etrade.com, to communicate with investors about the Company.
