Subsequent Events	Subsequent EventsOn December 27, 2020, the President of the United States signed the CAA, which authorized an additional funding of PPP for small businesses who meet the necessary eligibility requirements in order to keep their workers on the payroll. The Company began accepting applications on January 11, 2021 and as of February 25, 2021, the Company had secured authorization from the SBA to fund over 6,700 PPP loans totaling approximately $1.2 billion.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued. Examples include: the sale of a capital stock issue, purchase of a business, settlement of litigation, catastrophic loss, significant foreign exchange rate changes, loans to insiders or affiliates, and transactions not in the ordinary course of business.
