     On March 29, 2001, the Board of Directors of the Frontegra Funds, Inc. (the "Corporation") unanimously determined to close one series of the Corporation, the Frontegra Emerging Growth Fund (the "Fund") to new investors. As a result of the decision to close the Fund, effective March 31, 2001, investors are not currently able to purchase shares of the Fund.
