Concentration of Risk	CONCENTRATION OF RISK Customer and Credit Concentration Risk The Company provides trade credit to its customers in the normal course of business. No commercial payors accounted for more than 10.0% of revenue during the three months and six months ended June 30, 2018. One commercial payor, United Healthcare, accounted for approximately 21.9% and 22.4% of revenue during the three months and six months ended June 30, 2017, respectively. In addition, Medicare accounted for approximately 7.7% and 7.1% of revenue during the three months ended June 30, 2018 and 2017, respectively, and 8.0% and 7.0% of revenue during the six months ended June 30, 2018 and 2017.
