Concentration Risk Disclosure [Text Block]	CONCENTRATION OF RISK Customer and Credit Risk The Company provides trade credit to its customers in the normal course of business. One payor accounted for approximately 16% and 13% of revenue during the three months ended March 31, 2012 and 2011, respectively. The majority of the revenue is related to the Infusion Services segment. Therapy Revenue Risk The Company sells products related to one therapy which represented 21% and 27% of revenue during the three months ended March 31, 2012 and 2011, respectively. The majority of the revenue is related to the Infusion Services segment.

The entire disclosure for any concentrations existing at the date of the financial statements that make an entity vulnerable to a reasonably possible, near-term, severe impact. This disclosure informs financial statement users about the general nature of the risk associated with the concentration, and may indicate the percentage of concentration risk as of the balance sheet date.
