the Company determined there were triggering events, primarily caused by a sustained decrease in the Company's stock price. The results of the goodwill impairment tests indicated that the carrying values exceeded the estimated fair values. Thus, during

March 2020

December 2019,

the Company recorded impairment charges of

$0.8

million and

$4.8

million, respectively, related to its goodwill. Further declines in the Company's stock price could result in additional goodwill impairment charges.
