the Company paid to Bonamassa, Maietta, and Cartelli, LLP,

$17,500

and

$15,500,

respectively, for accounting and tax services. Lawrence Maietta, a partner in Bonamassa, Maietta, and Cartelli, LLP, is a director of the Company.
