Other Current Liabilities Included in other current liabilities for the period ended March 31, 2017 is a $183,000 contract liability related to payments received under a contract involving the sale of the Zacatecas Properties to Santacruz. The contract liability represents a future performance obligation imposed on the Company under the terms of the contract and will be recorded to income as performance occurs during the second quarter of 2018 (see Notes 3 and 8).
