Related Party Transactions	Note 29. Related Party Transactions In January 2008, the Company entered into a lease for a customer contact management center located in Kingstree, South Carolina. The landlord, Kingstree Office One, LLC, is an entity controlled by John H. Sykes, the founder, former Chairman and Chief Executive Officer and the father of Charles Sykes, President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company. The lease payments on the 20 year lease were negotiated at or below market rates, and the lease is cancellable at the option of the Company. There are significant penalties for early cancellation which decrease over time. The Company paid $0.4 million to the landlord during each of the years ended December 31, 2013, 2012 and 2011 under the terms of the lease.
