Item 5.02.  Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

 

On March 4, 2013, Mark G. Gilbreth submitted his resignation as the Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer of Capstone Turbine Corporation (the “Company”), effective March 29, 2013.  Mr. Gilbreth has accepted employment with one of the Company’s distributors and will continue to serve the Company in a consulting capacity until March 31, 2015.  Mr. Gilbreth’s former responsibilities with the Company will be reassigned to other members of senior management under the leadership of Darren R. Jamison, President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company.
