Cameco Corporation (TSX: CCO; NYSE: CCJ) reported today that its annual report on Form 40-F has been filed with the US Securities and Exchange Commission. The document includes Cameco’s audited annual financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2009, a reconciliation of those audited annual financial statements to US GAAP, its management’s discussion and analysis (MD&A), and its Canadian annual information form (AIF).
Cameco has filed with Canadian securities regulatory authorities its AIF. In February 2010, Cameco filed its audited annual financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2009, a reconciliation of those audited annual financial statements to US GAAP, and its MD&A with Canadian securities regulatory authorities.
In addition, Cameco has filed technical reports for the Cigar Lake project and Inkai mine that meet requirements under Canadian Securities Administrators’ National Instrument 43-101.

On April 9, 2010, Cameco plans to post on its website the management proxy circular that is being distributed to shareholders of record as of March 29, 2010 for its annual meeting of shareholders on May 26, 2010.
