INCOME TAXES	INCOME TAXES Income tax expense consists of federal, state and local tax provisions. For both the three months ended April 30, 2017 and 2016, we recorded federal tax expense of zero. For the three months ended April 30, 2017 and 2016, we recorded state and local tax expense of $3,000 and $2,000, respectively.
