INCOME TAXES	INCOME TAXES Income tax expense consists of federal, state and local tax provisions. For the three months ended April 30, 2016 and 2015, we recorded federal tax benefit of zero and $8,000, respectively. For the three months ended April 30, 2016 and 2015, we recorded state and local tax expense of $2,000 and $4,000, respectively.
