INCOME TAXES	INCOME TAXES Income tax expense consists of federal, state and local tax provisions. For the three months ended April 30, 2015 and 2014, we recorded federal tax benefit of $8,000 and zero, respectively. For the three months ended April 30, 2015 and 2014, we recorded state and local tax expense of $4,000 and $1,000, respectively.
