Lawsuit filing date	On December 16, 2011, an employee of our wholly owned subsidiary PRGX USA, Inc., filed a lawsuit in the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota (Civil Action No. 0:11-CV-03631-PJS-FLN).
Loss Contingency, Management's Assessment and Process	While the case is still in its preliminary stages, we do not believe the outcome of this proceeding will have a material adverse effect on our financial position or results of operations.
