SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	NOTE 12 - SUBSEQUENT EVENTS: The Company evaluates events that have occurred after the balance sheet date but before the financial statements are issued. Based upon the evaluation, the Company did identify a subsequent event that requires disclosure in the condensed consolidated financial statements. The Company made an investment of $2,500,000 in an entity that holds investments in the plant-based protein drink manufacturing industry.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued. Examples include: the sale of a capital stock issue, purchase of a business, settlement of litigation, catastrophic loss, significant foreign exchange rate changes, loans to insiders or affiliates, and transactions not in the ordinary course of business.
