Pension and Other Postretirement Benefits Disclosure [Text Block]	Employee Benefit Plans We maintain a defined 401(k) contribution plan (“401(k) Plan”) for the benefit of our employees. Participant contributions vest immediately and are subject to the limits established from time-to-time by the Internal Revenue Service. We provide discretionary matching contributions to the 401(k) Plan on an annual basis. Our matching contributions were 25% in 2011, 2010 and 2009 and vest 100% after 2 years of service. Our matching contributions to the 401(k) Plan were $3.0 million, $3.1 million and $2.1 million in 2011, 2010 and 2009, respectively.
